Use of the Service

You may use 4sly.io for personal, lawful gameplay. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse other users, or misuse the platform.

Accounts and Access

Access is provided through email-based login links. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your login session.

Billing and AI Usage

AGI gameplay requires a valid payment method. Usage is billed based on tokens consumed and charged daily to the default card on file. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Content and Data

Games, moves, and related telemetry are stored to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to store and process it for gameplay and service delivery.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
